Supported Hardware

Bright Cluster Manager® was designed for maximal compatibility with different hardware architectures and hardware brands.

Bright Cluster Manager has been successfully installed on a wide range of hardware:

• Deskside Supercomputer — Cray CX1 personal deskside supercomputer.
• Servers — x86 processor based servers from brands including Dell, IBM, HP, Sun, Supermicro and ASUS.
• Ethernet Switches — brands including Dell, Nortel, Cisco and Netgear.
• InfiniBand Switches — brands including QLogic, Voltaire, Mellanox and Flextronics.
