Customer's Voice: Bright Cluster Management Survey

    

With the release of Bright Cluster Manager 7.1 just around the corner, we decided it was a good time to gather feedback from our customers. We wanted to find out how Bright is helping people get their jobs done, and learn ways we can improve our software.survey

We learned a great deal about our customers’ IT environments – how big their clusters are, how many nodes / servers are being operated, which workload managers are popular, whether they use accelerators or GPUs, and how many sites are being managed. We also learned how much downtime customers experience, and which features and benefits of Bright Cluster Manager they count on most.

We also were interested in what lies ahead, so we asked customers to look into the future and tell us if they are considering extending their use of Bright to manage their big data or OpenStack environments.

What we found out may interest you. Each customer environment is unique, yet Bright is able to help every one of them.  Knowing the variety of environments Bright is used in helps us continue to improve the customer experience.
