There’s been so much happening in the Bright Reseller community recently, that I thought it would be useful to share some highlights in a blog post.
It’s safe to say that our reseller side of the business is most definitely growing, and as a result, our reseller community is also getting bigger. We are pleased to have welcomed many new partners in 2019. We announced that Netherlands-based CHIP ICT joined the program in January, closely followed by Australia-based XENON who target the Asia Pacific market, in February. Turkish Mevasis joined us in March to serve the Middle East, with Spanish reseller HPCNow! and Japan-based Core Micro Systems signing up in April. This month, we welcome Silicon Master who has joined us from Hungary. This is a truly international set of companies, all who share a common desire to collaborate with Bright and resell our technology to companies across the globe.
There are three tiers to the Bright Reseller Program. Premier partners demonstrate significant achievements as a Bright Reseller and are rewarded with exclusive and expanded commercial discounts, access to Bright resource benefits, and joint marketing initiatives. Advanced partners are rewarded with a proportional number of program benefits, such as special project pricing and evaluation licenses, and access to limited co-marketing activities such as joint press releases and case studies. The Member tier is an introduction to the Bright Partner Program which enables partners to get up to speed quickly and easily, rewarding them with a number of standard benefits.
Every six months, we review each reseller in our community in terms of the business they have brought to Bright and the opportunities in their pipeline. We use this information to promote deserving partners to the next tier. In May, we were pleased to upgrade the following partners to the Premier tier: Ace Computers and Advanced HPC in America, Bechtle SAS in France, and Open Technologies in Russia. We were also pleased to promote Microway to Advanced tier. We are grateful to these partners for showing loyalty to Bright and for promoting Bright technology to your far-reaching customer base.
Meanwhile, our partners have been busy in the news. Just this week, our US-based Premier Partner, Nor-Tech has hit the headlines, announcing that they are currently building computers optimized with Bright Cluster Manager for Data Science using NVIDIA’s DGX platform, upon which we recently certified Bright Cluster Manager. Nor-Tech is one of the only technology providers that can offer a total Bright Cluster Manager/NVIDIA DGX/ScaleMatrix scalable, dynamic-density solution for AI that can reside either in or outside a data center, so it’s great to see this exciting news being covered by the press.
