Bright Computing Announces Plans for Cloud & DevOps World

    

Tuesday, June 14, 2016 - Amsterdam, Netherlands – Today, Bright Computing, the leading independent provider of management software for high performance computing (HPC) clusters, big data clusters, and OpenStack clouds, announced that the company will be exhibiting and presenting at Cloud & DevOps World, taking place June 21 and 22, at Olympia in London.

Cloud & DevOps World brings together the industry’s leading technologists and innovators, to discuss the future of Cloud Computing. This year’s edition will focus on the strategies, business models and technologies which can activate the Cloud, and drive new opportunities for companies to drive their business into the digital economy.

Bright Computing will exhibit at booth # G11. At the event, Bright Computing will showcase Bright OpenStack, a product that makes it easy to deploy, provision, and manage an OpenStack-based private cloud infrastructure. The Bright team will be giving demos on how to carry out a headache-free OpenStack deployment on bare metal, what advanced monitoring and management tools look like, and how to ensure dynamic health-checking, all from one powerful, intuitive package.

On June 22, at 11:00 am local time, Matteo Piccinini, Support & Development Engineer at Bright Computing, will participate in a panel session entitled; "What are the Business Benefits of Containers?" in the DevOps & Containers track. The panel session will explore the business benefits of containers, compare containers to VMs, discuss how to maximize container availability and ease of use, and explain how to deploy micro-services.
