Welcome to the Bright Partner Program.Your company is at the "Member" level of the program.


We conduct partner reviews twice yearly, giving you the opportunity to be promoted to Advanced partner once you have reached the criteria in the program guide. As a partner at the member level, you can expect support from Bright to:

  • Eligible for content creation, such as joint press releases and case studies

  • Access to partner training

  • Access to all resources in the Bright partner portal


Here is a summary of expectations we have for our Member Partners (the full list is included in the Program Guide):

  • Send one employee to our 2-day training course, or complete the equivalent online training, here

  • Ensure that one employee attends Bright's online positioning tutorial 

  • Provide level 1 support

  • Register all new business opportunities that include Bright technology

  • Participate in twice-yearly reviews

  • Display the Bright partner logo on your website
