We conduct partner reviews twice yearly, giving you the opportunity to be promoted to Advanced partner once you have reached the criteria in the program guide. As a partner at the member level, you can expect support from Bright to:
Eligible for content creation, such as joint press releases and case studies
Access to partner training
Access to all resources in the Bright partner portal
Here is a summary of expectations we have for our Member Partners (the full list is included in the Program Guide):
Send one employee to our 2-day training course, or complete the equivalent online training, here
Ensure that one employee attends Bright's online positioning tutorial
Provide level 1 support
Register all new business opportunities that include Bright technology
Participate in twice-yearly reviews
Display the Bright partner logo on your website
